Orders are shipped with DHL Express Duties Paid, 3-5 Day Delivery Aim.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Before posting your return or exchange:
- The item is neatly packed in its original packaging, with swing tags attached.
- The clothing is clean and unworn (no pet hair, perfume, deodorant marks or other odours).
- You’ve included a note with your name, order number, and exchange details inside the parcel.
- You have clearly indicated the reason for return and what action you would like us to take.

RETURNED TO SENDER/REFUSED ITEMS
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will cancel the order unless the customer would still like to receive it and will therefore need to pay for new shipping
