Orders are shipped with DHL Express Duties Paid, 3-5 Day Delivery Aim. 

 

United Kingdom	2-4 day delivery aim
Europe	3-5 day delivery aim. Duties and Taxes Paid.
Rest of the world including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.	3-5 day delivery aim. Duties and Taxes Paid.

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange your item please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your piece. We are happy to assist - info@fuchsiashaw.com

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To return from within the UK, please use our UK returns portal.

For those outside of the UK, please use visit our International returns page.

 

Once your return is received, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment on file. For any concerns, please email info@fuchsiashaw.com

 

RETURNED TO SENDER/REFUSED ITEMS 

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will cancel the order unless the customer would still like to receive it and will therefore need to pay for new shipping
